I became a FREE member but cannot access any of the FREE videos?

Simply CLICK HERE and then follow the steps carefully. An email will be sent to you which you MUST click on, this will then send you your NEW PASSWORD.
Log into www.portaleducation.com – on the right hand side of the homepage it will say WELCOME “Your Name”. Under this is a button which says MEMBERSHIP DETAILS. Simply click this and change any of your personal details including your password. If you cannot remember your password follow the steps above.
It can take up to 24 hours for your account to become active. Normally it will occur within 5-10 minutes of registering as a free member. This is a security measure of PORTAL Education. If you account is unable to access these videos within 24 hours of registering please email support@portaleducation.com
Simply make sure you are logged in – then go to the event, in the upper right hand corner you will see a GREEN/GREY BOX with VIEW VIDEO. Click it and enjoy!
After purchasing via PAYPAL you will be re-directed back to the PORTAL site for login. If you do not complete this process PORTAL will deny you access to the content. If you have any concerns, did not complete this process or simply need help please email support@portaleducation.com and someone will reply ASAP.
Each event is worth a different amount of points. Depending on which country you are from it may also be worth a different amount of points. On the purchase page of each event you will find information regarding ACCREDITATION / CONTINUING EDUCATION POINTS. If the answer you need is not located here please contact support@portaleducation.com for further help. Soon all members of PORTAL will have their own members page which will track their points based on Profession, Location and Event participated in – this will be automated.
PORTAL Support will always respond within 24hrs. If you do not receive an email by then it is most likely in your SPAM folder in your email client. Please check your SPAM folder and mark any PORTAL Education correspondence as NOT SPAM.
Simple – on the day of the conference a BIG RED BUTTON (see below) will appear on the homepage at www.portaleducation.com Make sure you are logged in and then simply click it to join. Remember you can only join if you have purchased the event.

This feature will be enabled soon. All events are now tracking (both live and on demand/premium on demand for all members). We will soon show you how to access this via your members login.
